Coronavirus Update | Haven Fellowship Church
Update from the Pastor on the Coronavirus

Dear Haven Family,

Thank you for the time needed to talk and reflect on what is safest for all concerned during this period of pandemic. I’ll be sharing a detailed update tonight by Facebook Live but wanted to quickly update you all.

This past Sunday was our last time to gather physically here at the church until further notice. That means:

  • No on location Wednesday evening activities of any kind
  • No on location Sunday activities of any kind.
  • The church is closed to any and all group gatherings until further notice.

With that said, we will be having Sunday morning worship at our regular time via Facebook Live and here on the website. Josh will send out an email later this week with more details about tuning in and some of the exciting opportunities this week. Please contact him at [email protected] or (229)454-4354 if you would like any help connecting digitally.

We are also looking into ways for a Sunday School lesson to be taught online. We will be sending out an update next week about this.

Beginning this evening Josh and I are going to experiment with having Prayer Meeting online. Tonight, we will provide more details on our Corona plans and take questions. You can ask questions by email or Facebook live. We will also cover the prayer concerns and any new concerns. That will be the sum total of our effort this evening. Our plan moving forward is to have Prayer Meeting that includes a Bible Study in an interactive way.

Thank you for your patience during this time. The phone still works – calls, texting, facetime, etc – and NO virus has been spread through it so far!

Blessings to you,

Ernie Forrester
