Christmas Eve Candlelight Service
Some families have a tradition of opening a Christmas present on Christmas Eve. Whether your family does that or not, we invite you to experience the gift of reflecting on the true meaning of Christmas. Join us as we pause the night before Christmas to reflect on the true story of Jesus birth and the light that now shines in the darkness. We are meeting to do just that at our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service on December 24 at 6:00 pm.
At the candlelight service we will slow down and spend time in quiet reflection. We will sing songs celebrating Jesus’ birth. Through songs, and prayer, and the shared experience of lighting candles to reflect the light of the world coming into darkness we will turn our hearts to the miracle of Christmas. The reason we do this is so that as we celebrate on Christmas morning, we remember the true reason for Christmas and what good news that is for the world and for us.
If you live in the Conyers area, we’d love for you to join us for the Christmas Eve Candle Light service as we prepare our hearts for Christmas!
