Yoga Taking a Break & Coming Back in January 2020

Yoga will be taking a holiday break for November & December and coming back in late January.  If you’d like to be notified when classes resume let us know in the contact form below.

Free Yoga Class

You’re invited to join us for a free gentle and relaxing yoga class.  We meet weekly on Wednesdays from 6:00-6:45 pm. Come draw close with God through relaxing your body and mind!

In Acts 17 Paul talks about how God wants all people to look for Him and to find Him. Paul says: ‘For in Him we live and move and have our being.” Life is so busy we often don’t even notice our bodies. Yoga is about being intentional in our living, moving and breathing. It is slowing down enough to notice and care for our bodies.

At our free yoga class we also focus on slowing down enough to notice God in a way we often don’t in the midst of our busy lives. As we clear our minds of distractions we may find that Paul was right and we can find God more easily than we thought.

This class open to all and all are welcome even if you’ve never done yoga before.
