Due to the threat of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we will not be able to hold this event at church as planned. We are currently exploring options including hosting this Bible study electronically and/or rescheduling.
A Practical And In Depth Bible Study
Join us for an in depth and practical Bible study on the book of James. See how you can overcome life’s pressure March 15-18.
The Winter Bible Study will meet March 15-18. Between these special evening services and our Sunday morning services on March 15 and 22nd we will study the complete book of James.
Sunday Night Dinner
We’ll have a Potato Supper on Sunday night and light refreshments will be served the other evenings.
The Fellowship Team will provide the potatoes, all the fixings, paper goods and drinks. If you would like to bring a dessert to share, that would be most appreciated! Please RSVP below to let us know you will be joining us for dinner.
Overcoming Life's Pressure
James is one of the 21 epistles, or letters, of the New Testament. Like all of the epistles it addresses real life issues the church faces and can guide us in how to follow God today. It stands out as being one of the most practical of all letters with clear advice on facing life’s challenges and pressure.
Overview & Outline
Pastor Ernie will guide us in an in depth study of this book over two Sunday morning and four evening sessions. Over the course of this Winter Bible study you will come to understand the book of James better. The reason for this, is not just intelectual information, but so that you can face the pressure and challenges of life equipped to follow Jesus.
See you March 15 as we dig in to God’s word together!
