Finding new ways share an old message
You may have noticed the Haven Kids finding new ways to help others lately. It’s actually NOT something new. It is part of the DNA of Haven Fellowship. Galatians 6:9 in the NLT reminds us:
“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”
I encourage you to DO SOMETHING this summer to help someone. Make a difference in the name of the Lord.

Bike & Trike for Ukraine
The Haven Kids raised $2,124.75 for the Ukrainian relief efforts of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship at the Bike & Trike on May 18th. Thanks so much to everyone who showed support through donations and cheering them on at the event!

Nailed It!
We can all agree our Congregational Care Team is outstanding. They went out to The Oaks at Conyers to spend time with members there and do manicures. What an amazing way to worship God and spread his love by following where His spirit leads. We still do not know who had a better time, the members giving the manicures or those receiving them!
Pajama Jam
We had a successful Family Sunday Mission Project! Three large bags of over 60 pajamas for women and children were collected and are going to help those at Project ReNeWal. Project ReNeWal is a Domestic Violence Intervention Program changing lives in Rockdale, Newton, and Walton Counties. Project ReNeWal has been open since 1995 and helped many families as the first tri-county shelter for victims of domestic violence. Pajamas were a need for these women and children because many leave their homes suddenly or without bringing their personal items. This is an organization that Haven has helped for many years, and if you are interested in getting involved with them more, please see Anna Daniel or email missions@havenfellowship.org.
