Worship Service Resources

Thank you so much for worshiping with us at Haven.  Here are some resources to help you connect in this morning’s worship service!

 Isaiah 30:18

A perverse person spreads strife, and a whisperer separates close friends.

Psalm 27:13-14

I believe that I shall see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!

Sermon Text: James 5:7-12

Be patient, therefore, beloved, until the coming of the Lord. The farmer waits for the precious crop from the earth, being patient with it until it receives the early and the late rains. You also must be patient. Strengthen your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is near. Beloved, do not grumble against one another, so that you may not be judged. See, the Judge is standing at the doors! 10 As an example of suffering and patience, beloved, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. 11 Indeed we call blessed those who showed endurance. You have heard of the endurance of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful. Above all, my beloved, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or by any other oath, but let your “Yes” be yes and your “No” be no, so that you may not fall under condemnation.

Your generosity makes a difference!  Although we aren’t gathering in person, the work and ministry of the church goes on, even into new areas. In these uncertain times we need your support more than ever as we continue to share God’s love and care for our community.

Children's Church

Hey Kids, hope you can join us for Sunday School!

Can’t wait to see you at 11:15 for a fun Bible story and chance to connect with one another.

For Younger Kids

Families, have a great conversation about trusting God, even when we feel let down in a big way. See the Bible story of “Elisha and the Shunammite Woman,” watch Pastor Cameron pop balloons and talk about letdowns, dance along to worship songs (Jesus What a Friend and My Life His Story), and memorize Psalm chapter 31, verse 14.  It’s time for CHURCH AT HOME!

For Older Kids

It’s Church at Home with The Loop Show! Join us for worship, discussion, and other elements that help you experience church wherever you are! We’ve got one of our favorite episodes today. Evil twins! Kindness! A blast from the past with Life Skills! We’ll show you how to be SO KIND that people lose their minds. Hang on for the Loop!
