October Newsletter

In just a few days we will get to enjoy Haven’s Harvest Festival again after having to skip it last year because of Covid. The idea of Harvest has always been a beautiful and important part of life on earth; the time when the year’s work bears fruit, and the people are fed. It is symbolic of bounty, health and abundance. It is also a symbol of spiritual growth. We thank God for the Harvest.

🥳 25 Year Anniversary Party

A quarter of a century has passed and Haven Fellowship is still a dedicated group of believers that want to make sure everyone has a closer relationship to Jesus through our acts of love. We have had lots of opportunities to come together and celebrate recently as we’ve been stepping up and out in faith and there are more to come!

Phoenix Pass Donations

Let’s help our children make a difference! Donations of hand sanitizer, Kleenex, scarves, stocking hats, and mittens/gloves for the 35 children residing with our partners at Phoenix Pass are being collected in the bin in Mr. Matt and Mrs. Lindsay’s room. A list of the children’s ages will be available in the office soon.

ORNAMENT PAINT PARTY

Join us Sunday, October 17, at 1:00 PM.  We will once again be painting Christmas ornaments! The cost is $8.00 per ornament. If you came last year you will remember how much fun we had and how beautiful all the ornaments were! We will begin at 1:00 PM to give everyone time to get lunch and meet back at church.
